Alright, we’re on to Post #3 in what will likely be a total of 6 posts relaying all the Parisian goodness from this summer! Today, I’m so excited to share some moments from this charming anniversary session shot during The Signature Atelier workshop.

Leaving our cozy château for the morning, we ventured a little ways away to the adorable town of Chartres. When I say adorable, y’all, this place is straight up Beauty and the Beast adorable. It’s full of medieval charm, winding cobblestone streets, and hidden gems around every corner. Only about an hour and a half from Paris, this town is an easy day trip and I cannot wait to go back and spend more time there!

For Lee and Angela’s session, we wandered around the famous cathedral, taking advantage of its stunning architecture as well as the quaint and colorful homes and cafes surrounding it. Angela wore another bonkers amazing dress by Katherine Bignon. I’m obsessed with the soft blush color, the halter top, and of course the button-lined back. It just oozes classic elegance.

Also, if I’ve said this once on here, I’ve said it 82 times: If you haven’t done an anniversary session with your spouse, you ABSOLUTELY should! This is such a wonderful way to continuously document your relationship as you grow. If the only photos you’ve had together since your wedding are iPhone photos, let’s chat. Because those iPhone photos are not going into frames. They aren’t going to be the photos your kids or grandkids want to save in an album to remember you. We can give them something better than that.
