Buckle up for this engagement session y’all because it is FIRE. Photographing these two lovebirds in my fave city was nothing short of magic.

When couples want a photo session with the Eiffel Tower, it’s always fun starting at La Place du Trocadéro (it’s crazy popular for a reason). BUT here’s a little secret for you: there are TONS of places where you can catch that ever so lovely glimpse of La Tour and show off her beauty. So if you go, don’t limit yourself to the Trocadéro area! Also, fair warning, even if you show up before the sunrise (like we did) you can expect about 2870 other photographers to be there along with a handful of tour buses. Another reason to get your shots and get off the beaten path 🙂

As per usual in Paris, the morning light was dreamtastic. Not going to lie, it’s hard to convince me to get out of bed before the sun here in Chicago. But in Paris…there’s something so incredible about watching the city wake up. And, photographer bonus, it’s one of the few times I can capture some tourist-free images. So count me in every time!

Also, hanging out with a couple as fun and sweet as Chantal and Mohamed makes the early morning feel way less daunting! These two kept me laughing and smiling the whole session. I even got to hang out with them at The Louvre in the afternoon, which meant I got double the laughs and smiles!
