I’m so excited to share today’s wedding with you! Kasia and LJ planned an absolutely beautiful, rustic, intimate wedding with close friends and family at Katherine Legge Memorial Lodge. It was such a relaxed, joyful day!
Kasia wore a stunning BHLDN gown that flowed perfectly in the woods and her flower crown was the perfect complement. The florals were a classic palette of green and white with just a hint of blush and they incorporated some whimsy with the varied forms and shapes of the greenery.
After a sweet first look, Kasia and LJ did an intimate ring exchange in front of their families and then we spent some time capturing portraits of the new Mr. and Mrs. Just like during their engagement session, these two were absolute naturals. I LOVE the rustic woodsy feel we had next to the lodge. It felt so intimate and secluded. The rain held off, so we had the loveliest diffused light throughout portraits! Pure perfection!
The reception kicked off with a cutting of the cake (don’t you love that rustic naked cake and those little floral touches?!). After speeches and dinner, it was dancing time! Kasia and LJ opted to do their first look out on the patio, surrounded by twinkle lights, with guests holding sparklers. Such a fun way to mark your first dance as husband and wife!
